Objectives
To provide electrical safety training, classification, and issuance of safety cards in full compliance with legal standards.
Target Participants

General Training:

Instructors

Theory Instructors: University degree in relevant fields, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical safety.

Practical Instructors: College degree or higher, proficient in the field with at least 5 years’ experience.
Training Duration

Initial Training: Minimum 24 hours

Periodic Training (every 2 years): Minimum 8 hours

Retraining (position change, level change, or failed retest): Minimum 8 hours
Certificate / Safety Card
Participants who pass both theory and practical tests with scores of 80% or above will receive an Electrical Safety Card, classified into five levels:

Level 1/5: No direct contact with live equipment; assist work teams.

Level 2/5: Same as Level 1; work only in completely de-energized areas.

Level 3/5: Includes partially de-energized areas, low-voltage systems, high-voltage grid operations, inspection, and supervision.

Level 4/5: Same as Level 3; includes work with live high-voltage systems and supervision.

Level 5/5: Full responsibility for all assigned electrical tasks

ELECTRICAL SAFETY CARD
Validity:
Electrical Safety Cards are valid for 2 years under Decree 62/2025/ND-CP.
